The line-up for the ngee ann gig, only saw us, the groovys and ddeath by monkeys there. Wanted to see death by monkeys play but needed to go off, so if any death by monkeys members read this, im sorry!
The gig at haji lane was okay, we were the last band so not much people left but it was still good! Gig at ngee ann was also good, first band to play so again not much people. I thought ngee ann students would be life jumping and moshing. boy was i wrong, some even sat at the corner hahaha. the organiser even said, and i quote," eh stand up please, its a DISGUSTING site to see you all sitting down."
But overall, I HAD A BLAST. Now i miss jamming, I wanna play music somemore hoping there would be future gigs for us haha.
They were the band after us to play and I really like their song whisper me love, there's a reason they're called the groovys. Hope i see them in ngee ann this year!
ahh now its over and im in my new house! hahaha seriously i cantwait for school to start ah i wanna i wanna start poly NOWWWWW.
but good news more money coming hopefully, going apply job with dhuha on wed so yea hahha. and muse concert on wed. MACAM MANE???

Me jamming on bass for H4R's audition for the NUS talentquest '10 competition. I had loads of fun.
Man, past two weeks was great. Jammed with H4R so many times and had loads of fun. Its really good to hang out with people like them, cause we do this for our love of music. Well at least I do hahaha khair and rahman have a personal agenda to bring down a band that khair was formerly once from. I find the rivalry of our band against the other quite motivating, pushes me to give my all for this band. Hahaha and after today, tmr will be the ngee ann gig.
Excited because of two reasons, tmr is the first real gig that we have as a full band since i joined. And yea its gonna be really great! also also IM GONNA BE IN NP and all who is coming are like like SENIORS! hahaah instant popularity! LOL cause its hard to get yourself known in poly right? if tmr's crowd is good, then there might be more chances for me to perform in ngee ann!

I'M REALLY HAPPY NOW. HERE'S A COUPLE OF REASONS WHY.
1) Being invited to join hatred for revenge. -Seriously, yesterday's acoustic jam session was great, not only did I learn two new songs to be played (Khair's original), the lead guitarist rahman, taught me Aveneged sevenfold's seize the day solo, a solo i wanted to learn since i watched the music video! so im very happy because of that! today also got jam again yay!
2) Being accepted into NGEE ANN POLY, MASS COMMUNICATION! -Yes I got in to the course I wanted!Like yeaaa!! I can't wait to start school and do all the hard assignments hahah! I dunno how i'll do but i know i'll have fun along the way! time to really improve my english then! back to book reading haha

Man oh man went jamming with hatred 4 revenge on friday night and it was superb! I took over bass cause the bassist couldnt make it so after the jam...
went to the bassist house to pick up his bass, reached home at 11 and wanted to test it out. then, plug in....no sound. so i panicked haha and called my friend for help. man it was a mad rush. in the end had to rent a bass from a studio hahaha but it was fun.
the whole thing was an audition for the final round of talent quest. haha the real gigs is gonna be the one on ffriday night @ haji lane (acoustic set) and at ngee ann poly on saturday. man i am so psych to do this hahaha its really great like jamming with them cause they got more experience in this field so im learning every step of the way!
Guess what? I WOKE UP AT 8.30 TODAY. ALL BY MYSELF.
Hahaha and I'm damm proud of it cause lately i wake up at like 10-1? hahah ok so my job for today was to collect letters from the owner staying at my old hse. So after waking up, I (ALONE) went to KFC to have breakfast. Been meaning to try the a.m. riser meal and it really is good hahah.
AND BEING A GOOD CITIZEN, I CLEARED MY OWN TABLE.All part of the good image.(cause the new campaign thingy was on the table, to prevent being shot with bad remarks if i didnt clear my table, i did clear it.)
Then proceeded to take 187 from woodlands all the way to toh guan. Got off with a cramped up butt from sitting too long. Take the letters, they destroyed my old house gate by painting it with a cement colour. Stayed in toh guan for like 30 mins in total and then went home AGAIN on the 187.
Now at causeway point the thing i will ALWAYS do is play GUITAR HERO!!!! epic epicly funnnn!!seriously hahaha like can never get enough hahahah then took my REAL guitar back from the guitar shop cause i needed to restring it.
For what restring? hehehehe...

Hahaha i'm really thankful for everybody who helped me get this far and to my family who supported me all the way.
I didn't like want to ask for a reward cause if I get into mass comm i would be needing a macbook but my mum and dad insisted on getting me a new guitar. So i am and IM STOKED. My parents rocks so does my sisters for congratulating me hahah.Hopefully i get the Maestro SD-2 guitar (picture above). Its plain but the sound is awesome.
Today was filled with many emotions and for those who did well I congratulate you, and for those who didn't, know that you done your best.
Now we move on to the rest of our lives. Felt weird to hear good luck and all the best to your future from everyone. Its not like we're never gonna see each other again right? hahahah

Right now I'm at home. ALONE. In this EMPTY HOUSE.
No TV,No FRIDGE, No furniture, NOTHING! Except me, my fan, laptop, and my dad's stuff, my stuff.
Kinda weird being here, its like empty and like big and echo-y. But I get to do a lot of things I don't normally get to do haha.
1)Roll from the living room to my room and back haha. No furniture getting in the way. 2)Climb the ladder and see what's on top of the air-con.Not a pretty sight hehe. 3)Discover that your house is actually quite big. But once you get used to it its actually pretty small haha.
and here's what the good things about moving house...
YOU CAN SEE THE FLOOR YOU FRIDGE WAS STANDING ON. After like 11 years of the fridge not moving its spot, that spot of the floor is beyond redemption hehehe.
Alright then nothing else to say so I shall continue to do imaginary snow angels on my living room floor. Buh bye.

So tonight's my last night in toh guan and I'm kinda bummed hahaha I'm gonna miss this place a lot seriously. And for two weeks I'm going to live with my aunt and then move into the ne house hahah.
Lots of things are happening already and its only the third day of 2010. Haha.
Man, yesterday somemore hahaha me eivriel and haffiz were like carrying loads of stuff to the truck and loading and unloading hahaha. But we had loads of bluberry drinks and epok-epok hehehe and we also got attacked by a red devil!!?? hahah.
At the end of yesterday man was so totally wiped hahaha my arms were like wobblllyyyyy hahaha.
People ask me when's my result I still say next year hehehe.
YAY 2010! A year that's gonna be filled with many many new opportunities for a lot of us hahaha. Which is great and I can't wait. I've been having nightmares about my results (no shit) and seriously its taking too long!!
Spent the 1st day of 2010 packing and yea tmr's (i mean today) the moving day! Well not to the house but to my uncle house for 2 weeks. I call it the seperation period, haha cause well need to get used to not being in toh guan hahha.
I'm gonna miss toh guan.I thought I won't but I will haha.
And joseph is going for boyslikegirls concert, I'm going for Muse and we both are going for paramore! Hahaha I still wished I could go green day hahaha.EVERYBODY LETS GO PARAMORE!!! GOGO!!!
